- Family involvement and continued-care planning
A commitment to women’s recovery
At The Pearl, we believe in the possibility of recovery and the value of being met with care and respect. Our women’s residential community offers structure, clinical care and opportunities for connection. Women bring different histories and hopes to treatment; the work begins with understanding those differences.
Clinical care that considers the whole person
Substance use and mental health concerns deserve careful attention. The Pearl’s trauma-informed treatment approach is part of its women’s residential addiction program. A clinical assessment helps the team understand a woman’s needs and discuss the care available. The treatment approaches page explains more about the methods used.
12-Step immersion for women
At The Pearl, the 12 Steps are built into daily life. Step work includes writing, reflection, discussion and practice, with staff guidance and peer accountability. It is a core part of the program, not a separate optional track. Ask what participation involves and how clinical therapy and 12-Step work fit together.
Structure, care and room to practice
We offer a structured program informed by established clinical approaches and tailored to each woman’s needs. The Pearl does not provide detox onsite. When detox is needed, our team coordinates care through an outside provider. At The Pearl, women practice recovery skills and prepare for continued care.
Read the 90-Day Program’s phases and daily rhythm to see how the program is organized. Discuss duration and continued-care options with the team.
Planning beyond residential treatment
The 90-Day Program includes continued-care planning. The Pearl also offers Extended Care & Supportive Living. Discuss whether that stage is appropriate, what it involves and how care would be coordinated. Our approach helps women work toward greater self-confidence and hope while practicing tools to support continued recovery and everyday life.
